Vibe is a desktop app for organizing "vibe coding" projects. Each board column is a YAML file in a folder you choose — no database in the middle, no telemetry, no analytics, and ready for your coding agents to read and write tasks straight to disk.
There's no free plan — and no catch either: you have 3 calendar days to ask for your money back, no questions asked.
Five decisions that aren't up for negotiation
These aren't institutional-page values — they're rules the code has to obey, and some of them break the build if someone tries to bend them.
Private by default
No card, description or attachment leaves your machine. The only thing the app sends on its own is your account login — and we publish the entire table, item by item.
Local files, no lock-in
Each column is a readable YAML file in your folder. Version it with git, open it in your editor, copy it to another machine. Uninstalling the app deletes nothing.
Zero telemetry — and tested
No analytics, no automatic crash reporting, no version ping. There's a test in the app's code that breaks the build if anyone adds networking outside the login screen.
Simple on purpose
Two screens: the board and settings. Open it, pick a folder, use it — no workspace to configure, no six-step wizard.
Cheap because it's local
We don't store your board, so we don't pay storage for you. The subscription is low and doesn't grow with the size of your project.
Agents read and write directly
A coding agent creates, moves and updates cards by writing YAML — the board detects the change on disk and updates itself live.
